Onboarding

Call

We will have a chat and understand your full requirements and plans to find your tailored solution.

Consultancy

We offer end to end consultancy for international launches so you know exactly what needs to be done, when, how long it will take, how much it will cost (if anything) and how. We hold your hand through this whole process all completely free of charge

Goods In

We can help transfer goods from their current warehouse/storage or help with importing them from your manufacturer/supplier to any of our UK, US or EU warehouses for a smooth transition

Training & Integration

We will take you through full training of our software with your team and also discuss full packaging requirements to ensure every customer receives their order exactly how you want it packed.

Final Checks

We will set up your Signal group chat for speedy responses from your account manager and packing team. Test all software and systems to check everything is working correctly. For any international launches check everything is completed and in place and finally send photos of your stock in its new home.

Consultancy

We can start dispatching all your gorgeous customers’ orders and for international launches you can hit the ‘Go Live’ button and watch a whole new channel of sales come in

HOW WE WORK

For the daily operation you will have a group chat set up where you will have direct access to your account manager and packing team for almost instant responses (a whole lot better than waiting hours for a reply on emails).


In this group chat you can ask your account manager to raise courier enquiries/claims for any parcels that may have got lost or arrived damaged. Request an order change/cancellation to be made if the order is no longer editable on the portal. Ask your packers to wrap an order in a specific way if it is for an influencer/PR agency/celebrity. Let us know about a delivery that is now arriving later/earlier than planned. Ask for photos of certain SKU’s/ranges that you may have received the same customer feedback on and you want us to check the stock and see for yourself…the list can go on and on.


On this chat you will see fast response times and for anything else that maybe part of a bigger/ongoing project for example an international launch, new product launch or any customised work, we tend to keep this on email so the chat isn’t clogged up with bits not relevant to your packing team on the daily operations. This is to ensure anything urgent isn’t missed.


Working in this way gives you direct access to your warehouse team, cuts out any middle men and long response times and gives you a sense of having ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground/feeling part of the action and having control over the operation.
